If no one is home when delivery is attempted the courier will attempt to contact you. If delivery is not rearranged and the item is returned to us, you, the customer, are responsible for the re-delivery fee should you still want the item. The courier may contact the customer directly with text and/or e-mail updates so please make sure the phone number and/or e-mail address provided are correct and up to date.
