Return and Refund Policy

Standard Returns:

Items must be returned to us in a fully resalable condition, which means unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled or used. Fins and Paws reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed as not resalable. We cannot be held responsible for missing goods or items damaged in transit. If you prefer we can also arrange for returns to be collected by our courier, but please be aware we are not responsible for return postage costs, which must be met by you, the customer. We don't accept the cases below,
  • change of mind
  • over 7 days from receiving item
  • if items are opened/used or damaged
  • sending items without prior contact with us
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

Our products are of the highest quality and sold in good faith, but in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your item, or you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. It is important that you inspect your item and are happy with it before assembly or use, as we are unable to accept returns for faulty items that have been assembled or used.
 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@finsandpawssg.com.
 

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
