Fins & Paws offers the various payment methods:

• Credit Card

• Debit Card

• Google Pay (currently only available on Desktop, Mobile Web, and Android)

• GrabPay

• ATM/Bank Transfer (DBS Bank Acct No. 0720076915 - Contact Us with Invoice Number after payment is made)

• PayNow (UEN: 201836668R - Contact Us with Invoice Number after payment is made)

Upon checking out, enter your Discount Code in the field ‘Discount code’. Click on 'Apply'.

Note: You can enter the Discount Code anytime when you’re on the Customer Information > Shipping method > Payment Method pages.

Although we strive to ensure you can fully utilise your discount codes, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. If you return an item which you have used a discount on, you will not get a replacement voucher as discounts are for one time use only.
 
If you are returning item(s) which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.

If you are having problems applying your Discount code, do check the coupon Terms & Conditions, it could be due to the following:
 
·       Minimum purchase amount/quantity not met,
·       Customer eligibility not met (e.g. only restricted to new customer),
·       Outside usage limits (e.g. limit to one use per customer)
·       Outside valid period,
·       and/or Collections/products not eligible.

Confirmed Orders

We perform stringent quality checks and if your item is the last piece available that failed our checks, we will cancel and refund (for pre-paid) the item even if your order was confirmed. We will inform you upon cancellation. 

Exchange Orders

There will be sometimes that the order that you would like to exchange is out of stock.
When you make your exchange request, be sure that your original return item is returned within 3 days from the date exchange order is confirmed. In cases where exchanges go out of stock, we will process your refund.
